Who knew? Wacka Flocka Flame is an animal rights activist—as well as revealing a marginally disconcerting amount of the tatted-up rapper’s naked body, as part of the organization, PETA“Ink, Not Mink” campaign.

“First of all, I love animals,” said Flocka in a video interview accompanying the spot. “As a kid I had a dog, fish, iguanas, lizards…” The rapper expressed his most effusive support, however, for pet dogs. “I don’t want nobody to [skin] my little puppy,” he attested. “You skin my puppy, I’m gonna have to [beat] your ass down.”

Flocka then went on to explain about how witnessing animal cruelty affected his dietary habits. “Honest to God truth, I don’t eat red meat,” he swore. “In Africa, I stopped eating red meat, ‘coz like, I was watching [them] cut the cow’s balls off…so I’m like, ‘What the hell?’….oh, I can’t even eat that.” Flocka also disapproved of animals being used as circus performers. “I don’t agree with that,” he said. “Coz I’m an artist. I wouldn’t like [them] beating me…like, ‘Hey, you didn’t shake your dreads hard enough!’”

Flocka, who joins artists like celebrities like Taraji P. Henson and Olivia Munn in going nude for Animal Rights at PETA’s behest, also encouraged his fans to help spread the word. “Donate, promote, get the shirts, get the hats,” he exhorted. “Don’t matter where you at, just, like, big it up.”
