Mashonda Dean the former wife of Swizz Beatz states that she is owed more than $300,000 in missed payments and has filed suit.

According the New York Post Swizz Beatz whose real name is Kasseem Dean owes his ex $325,000 in equitable distribution and $9,000 in alimony and child support.

Deans lawyer, Bernard Clair, says that the non-payment is troubling especially since he bought his new fiancé Alicia Keys a 7.5 carat diamond engagement ring and are moving into a $14.5 million penthouse.

Beatz told the Post that money he allegedly owes her is false because he went beyond the call of duty and paid Dean $700,000; more than what he was recommended to pay.

Dean filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court anyway two weeks after their divorced was finalized.

The two have a 13-year-old son together; Keyz and Beatz are rumored to get married this summer
