The Gathering Of The Juggalos this year was responsible for not only one but two of it’s celebrity invited guests being seriously injured. Both Method Man and Tila Teqila suffered injuries at the hands of the festivals crowd, who pelted them with everything from beer cans to urine and feces soaked pieces of watermelon. Well now both Meth and Tila have let it be known they plan to sue the festivals organizers, the Insane Clown Posse.

The Gathering is held every year and features everything from performances to haunted houses. The I.C.P. is known for their dark horrorcore music and image. Upon arrival Tila took to her blog immediately and let it be known the festival had a very unorganized and violent atmosphere.  

Well Tila let it be known very quickly that she was taking legal action and now Meth has said he plans to take it to the courts as well. Although he continued the show after being cut when asked about what happened Method Man remarked to reporters “I’m suing those motherf**kers!”  

The I.C.P. defended their festival though stating that Tila was paid in advance and told she could leave at anytime. Violent J one half of the duo spoke to media outlets yesterday.

“We paid her before the show and assured her that even if things got out of hand, she could keep the money if she had to leave the stage,” Violent J said.

He also let it be known that no settlement would be reached in the cases and they plan to fight this all the way.

“We’re not gonna sit back and give our money,” Violent J. stated.

Details of the lawsuit are still unknown but Tila has stated her overall mission is to make sure the festival never happens again and not just monetary compensation. Stay tuned and we will of course keep you updated.
