News outlets across the world are reporting the photo shows a bloody, dying Moammar Gadhafi … moments after he was captured in Libya early this morning. Reports are that his vehicle was hit by a car bomb, that did not initially kill him.
Libyan officials have confirmed Gadhafi was shot to death when rebels pulled him out of a storm drain near his home town early this morning.
