Extended to both undergrad and graduate students of all disciplines, the scholarship will be awarded based on the ability to produce a Pimp Juice or PJ Tight video commercial which best captures the energy drinks’ brand of Nelly-style charisma.

In addition to cash prizes, the ten most unique submissions will be played on the Pimp Juice website.

The St. Louis MC/soon-to-be recipient of the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network’s “Action Award” is also working to solidify the opportunity for the top three commercials to air worldwide.

The application deadline is set for March 3, 2006. Other qualifications to be examined by the contest committee include the student’s GPA and extracurricular activities.

Also this month, Nelly will be re-releasing the multi platinum double discs Sweat and Suit as one album, Sweatsuit, featuring three new tracks including lead single “Grillz” with Paul Wall, Ali, and Big Gipp.
