It seems like Jail was the only thing that could have stopped Lil Wayne’s constant flood of music…or maybe not! Wayne’s manager, Cortez Bryant, has announced that we will be getting a new EP from the jailed Wayne titled “I’m Not A Human Being”, dropping on September 27th.  The release will be all new music from Wayne and is set to be released only virally and probably for free download similar to all his mixtapes.

Says Cortez “I’m putting out a [Wayne] album called I’m Not A Human Being and I’ll probably drop it on his birthday, September 27.”

The official release seems to be a response to the constant mashing up of old Wayne songs put over new beats and DJ’s calling it a new Wayne mixtape. These pop up all over the place through different mixtape outlets and most Weezy fans have been crying foul on this for some time.  Why we have to wait until September for the new material has not yet been explained, as I’m quite sure it is all material already recorded before Wayne went to prison.
