Nicki Minaj just recently did a Photo Shoot and interview with Honey Magazine which should be hitting stands very soon. Posted below are a few photos from the shoot as well as some of the interview. Nicki speaks briefly about her album and falling back on doing so many features and actually finishing up on her own project. Which I can definitely understand, especially when your buzz is at a all time high. In this game you have to be ready when it’s your turn because it won’t be forever. If you don’t believe me then just ask artists like DMX, Nelly, Ja Rule to 50 Cent and his G-Unit Empire Everything comes and goes! But, I think Nicki will actually maintain her buzz from now until her album drops because when I first put her in our “Next In Line” section back in 2007 she has not let me down or slowed down her grind since.

Young Twinn Sign’s with Jive Label Group

Grinding his way right up to the top Young Twinn proves that losing is not a option! Doing his ground work and putting out mixtape after mixtape Twinn moved from his hometown Houston,TX to Miami,FL and gained even more exposure for himself which ended up leading him to the attention of a rising star named Sean Kingston. Sean Kingston had just started his label “Time Is Money” and made Young Twinn his first artist on the label to drop but after things did not work out being signed to “Time Is Money“, Twinn did not give up. “They say what don’t kill you, only makes you stronger
and it seems as though that’s the exact fuel that made him land a deal
over at Jive records. Now anyone with a brain understands that “Jive” compared to “Time Is Money” is definitely bigger and better especially when you get signed by Notorious B.I.G.‘s former manager Mark Pitts who is now President over at Jive Records and has signed other artist such as Chris Brown. So once again congrats to Young Twinn and his Undertaker Ent. Family. Make sure you continue to stay tuned to the “Next In Line” section where I  actually find that next artist on the rise.
