Kristian Cruz, former NYPD sergeant accused of distributing heroin was running drugs for a “five-star general” in the Nine Trey Bloods. Cruz was caught back in 2013 for drug distribution when he was caught receiving heroin from China, where since his arrest he has working with the FBI to take down the Nine Trey Bloods.
