DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, and Fat Joe Weigh In on 50 Cent

As the controversy between Ross and 50 continue, Khaled has now become a major part of the feud that has been a point of interest for many fans and media outlets alike. 50 saw Khaled being silent in this whole situation with Ross and decided to target him as the next publicity stunt. After the whole charade with the posted, then unposted video of 50 stalking Khaled’s mother, it seems to have died down to the point where Khaled is not even concerned about it anymore.

Between him and Ross commenting to the media about the situation, Terror Squad founder, Joey Crack even weighed in adding his own comments about the situation going beyond music.

Khaled, who isn’t one to comment on his own feud at times, made his own comments to 50 Cent about his thoughts on the video in question:

“I don’t deal with negative energy, it’s a waste of my time and my time is valuable. I keep negative away and stay positive. At Def Jam, we promote music…We promote hit records. That’s what I respect. I’m always going to represent the music; Rick Ross is gonna represent the music. If controversy comes with it, it comes with it.”

Joey Crack added his comments about 50 taken it further than music. He adds that any controversy shouldn’t surpass the foundation of the music:

“50 Cent just gotta make music. He does all these diversions and disses rappers to eliminate the fact that he’s not really hot and relevant right now. So if two weeks ago we were talking about 50 Cent, what record or what would we really be talking about unless he disrespected Rick Ross. I’m tired of all these gimmicks and these games. This man’s just gotta put out hit records. That’s what we’re doing, we making music. At the end of the day, we fell in love with hip-hop to make music and hit records.”

Ross, however, wasn’t as humble as Khaled was as he pushes forward with the feud that both he and 50 have made popular. He continues to release track after track going at 50, as 50 does the same. At one point in time, he even drops Dr. Dre’s name into the mix:

“Nigga you doing radio interviews, they don’t wanna listen to you, they wanna hear you talk about me. Bang ‘Em Smurf, Queens forever. I appreciate the hospitality. Ricky Ross. I’m buying a loft there now. I’m building a studio there now, you haven’t dropped a hit yet. You probably with [Dr.] Dre in the studio, booked up, busy. Anybody wanna get involved, you’re more than welcomed, I wanna see the gorillas. I wanna meet ’em, put your hit out on me, I’m ready.”

At press time, a video for has recently been released adding further fuel into the relentless feud. 50 continues his tyrant releasing another episode to his comedic Pimpin’ Curly series. Between all these videos and all these tracks it’s seems as if this will continue past the release of, both their albums, probably further.

There is no end in sight for this out of control feud. I don’t know about you, but I’m actually getting tired of all this back and forth. Tracks surfacing left and right all over the internet, videos emerging on WorldStarHipHop.com, ThisIs50.com, and YouTube.com, what will pop up next? It has gotten to the point where it’s not even about music anymore. Ross has stated that he’s moved into Queens, bought a studio, and is waiting on 50 to make his move with all his guerillas. So ‘as the world turns’ this overexposed controversy will always make headlines for every media outlet out there.

Fabolous Allegedly Caught with 500 Pounds of Marijuana on his Tour Bus

It seems as if Fabolous might have a serious situation on his hands according to reports that surfaced on media outlets sometime last week after the NBA All-Star Game. It was reported that a tour bus was pulled over during a routine traffic stop on Interstate 40 near Russellville in Arkansas. The Arkansas State Police uncovered 500 lbs. of marijuana after an allowed search of the bus was permitted.

According to conflicting stories of the people on the tour bus, drivers Edward Thimas, 52, of Douglasville, GA, and Robert Morris, 44, of Augusta, GA, the marijuana confiscated at the scene were, according to them, apparently the property of the people they were transporting. The tour bus that has been reported to belong to Fabolous was en route from Phoenix to Boston by way of Atlanta. The tour bus was allegedly leaving the NBA All-Star Game in Arizona on their way to pick up another unnamed rapper in Boston to travel back to Atlanta. Both drivers were arrested for drug possession. Between the drivers, they both had a combined cash of $4,000 and another $2,400 in a confiscated black bag. They told authorities that the tour bus belonged to New York rapper Fabolous as he was reportedly in Phoenix attending the All-Star Weekend.

At press time, both drivers received a bond as of Wednesday. Thimas received a bond of $200,000 and Morris for $75,000. No representatives from Fabolous’ camp have yet to come forth to release an official statement to media about these accusations.

Video of The Game Name Dropping Rick Ross During a Concert in Cali

The Game might in over his head on this one, he just so happens to name drop Ross to a large crowd of his fans during one of his concerts. If you listen closely to what he says behind all the heavy distorted bass and microphone static, he sarcastically apologizes to 50 for mentioning Ross and growing a beard like him. It is quite hilarious.

In related news, it seems as though Game’s career is far from over, it seems as though he will be releasing a fourth upcoming studio album in the upcoming months.
