Lil Wayne was spotted at the popular 1 OAK nightclub in Vegas recently, but there was a noticeable addition to his entourage for the night.

 

A woman who appears to be Karrine Steffans, aka “Superhead,” got up close and personal with Weezy in VIP as they were spotted whispering and laughing with eachother. Hmmm wonder what they were planning?

 

Looks like her to us, but we’ll let you decide for yourself if Weezy was gettin all touchy-feely with his bobble head diva.
