The Miami emcee will not have to quit his day job, however, as his guest appearance on the glamorous strip will be as a big-time Latin rapper.

The episode, “I’m Not Your Baby,” will introduce the characters of two best friends, Matt (Marcus Coloma) and Vincent (Chris Johnson) who move to South Beach to escape – and of course, find – trouble. Matt eventually gets hired as security at a hotel where Pitbull’s character will be shooting a video. The plot thickens when the rapper’s most prized possession is stolen from the set.

“South Beach,” produced by Jennifer Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions, premieres January 11 at 8 p.m. on UPN.
