Alledgedly a person very close with the prosecutor in LA disclosed that lawyers where working very late last night to determine the fate of Kayne West. Well they have come to a decision and Kayne West will be charged with attempted robbery in the second degree. Of course we all know this isn’t the first time Kayne has attacked paparazzi and tried to take or destroyed their camera. It seems like Mr. West forgot we live in America and have the freedom to speak and take pictures of whom we like. Kayne needs to remember that even though you may be a multi millionaire that doesn’t make you above the law.
This is a sad day for Hip Hop. Charges are expected to be announced TODAY in a press conference. A WARRANT FOR KAYNE’S ARREST will be issued immediantly and police are expected to take him into custody this afternoon. If Kayne is found guilty, which is highly likely, he faces up to three years in prison. This seems an open and closed case due to the fact that most of Kayne’s run ins with paparazzi are caught on tape. Also since the charges are considered a violent crime Kayne would be forced to serve 85% of his sentence.
