Lloyd finds himself dealing with the same lawsuit for a second time — because after settling the case in 2010, he’s being sued again for allegedly not living up to that settlement agreement.

Lloyd was sued by Joyce Irby, his former manager, for breach of contract. The two sides reached a settlement — which, according to court documents, called for Lloyd to fork over $100,000 and required Lloyd to help Irby find a job.

But according to documents filed last month, Irby claims Lloyd has only paid $20,000 thus far and has failed to find her a gig.
Irby wants the remaining $80,000, the job, plus attorney’s fees and whatever else the court deems proper.
