An official release date for Redman‘s long delayed sixth solo
album, Red Gone Wild, has been confirmed. Due in stores next month, the album
features appearances from Method Man, Nate Dogg, Keith Murray
and Biz Markie. Production on the disc is supplied by Erick
Sermon, Scott Storch, Rockwilder and Eminem.
The album’s first single, "Put It Down," which was produced by Timbaland,
has been added to radio and a clip for the song will hit music video outlets
in the first week of March, according to Billboard.
In support of Red Gone Wild, the New Jersey bred rapper recently released a
mixtape titled Live From The Bricks which features appearances from Icarus,
Yummy, Rockwilder and Saukrates, among others. Red
Gone Wild hits shelves on March 27 via Def Jam Records.
