Last month, Rick Ross’ three pitbulls escaped from his Atlanta mansion and mauled a neighbor’s Yorkshire Terrier to death.

The neighbor was forced to euthanize her Yorkie, because it’s wounds were too extreme.

Ross was sited for the incident, but the neighbor also filed a $15,000 lawsuit in damages.

A Judge later threw out the suit, since the Yorkie’s owner “failed to properly serve Ross with the suit.”

“We tried to do good business … we paid the vet bill … but it was an unfortunate accident that [Banks’ owner] tried to capitalize off of,” said Ross’ manager.

The Terrier’s owner says she will continue to pursue legal action against The Bawse.
