Miami, FL. – It is official, the Boss’ sophomore LP, Trilla has reached platinum status, what many thought was not possible has happened and album sales continue to come in. Rick Ross has become that Hip-Hop phenom and the fans are asking for more. Ross and his Miami and Poe Boy brethren came together for the event that was practically a Miami mega party, what better then to hold such a grand event in the city that originated the Boss.

Last night (Sept. 21), Miami new Club 112 hosted a spectacular night for Ross’ Platinum Party that has been rising in anticipation since the final soundscan results came in making Trilla officially over a million. Fans started filling in early while celebrity DJ, DJ Tight, kept the club blasting with the hottest tracks in music today keeping the crowd at bay until the arrival of the artist of the hour and his fellow rappers behind him. Each set on stage had its own entity and provided the fans with an exceptional showcase. Practically all the artists and heavyweights of Miami came together on one stage showing mad love to the Boss himself. The backstage was packed with industry heavyweights consisting of execs, producers, artists, and promoters.

The show commenced at around 4am and started off with Triple C’s own Gunplay and Torch hitting the stage performing their hits alongside Rick Ross has he came to support his Maybach Music artists. However, even before the show could even get to that higher level, a scuffle surfaced and paused the show for a couple of minutes until security and bodyguards could get everything into control, a minor scuffle that angered several artists but didn’t seem to take the spirit out of them. The performances commenced forward as Ross respectively added his platinum hits performing ‘This is the Life,’ ‘Here I Am,’ and Ace Hood’s ‘Cash Flow,’ as Ace himself made a special cameo appearance for the Boss. When Brisco took the stage alongside Triple Cs and Ross, the crowd’s excitement roared. He performed his hits ‘Just Know Dat’ and ‘Bitch, I’m Me,’ blending into Ballgreezy’s hit single ‘I’m the Shit’ which also featured Brisco. That eventually fused into Billy Blue’s performance as he ended ‘I’m the Shit’ and directly went into his hit single with Brisco, as well, ‘Get Like Me.’ Both Blue and Bris gave a outstanding performance as they even went acapella on track making the crowd go crazy. Billy Blue finished his set performing his debut street single ‘Ball Like A Dog.’ Miami definitely shut it down that night as it was apparent the hits will continue to come regardless of any minor blockades, we taking over the industry.

In attendance alongside the talented artists were: Poe Boy’s own E-Class and Big Chuck with Gucci Pucci not too far away. Mega producer Bigg D was in attendance as well as a special appearance by Miami mixtape DJ extraordinaire, Sam Sneak. All in all, the event was a success and fans definitely enjoyed the performances from all the major artists across the city limits.
