Ruff Ryders has been cited as one of New York City's greatest tax offenders, according to NY Daily News.

Finance Commissioner David Frankel recently announced intentions to aggressively collect from the imprint, which owes more than $1 million for plastering the city with 3,400 illegal posters. Additional offenders include “Spanish Raymond” Marquez ($1.6 million), Global Network Communications ($2.9 million) and businessman Raziel Ofer ($3.7 million), while overall unpaid taxes amount to $1.8 billion.
