Miami, FL. – This year’s Sam Sneak “Lookout Cookout” was definitely not to be missed. The hood came out to support Sam and Sam supported them with free drinks,food,pictures and music. With enough local celebrities to fill an issue of hip-hop weekly Sam showed that he got down with he realest artist and that know one would act Hollywood towards there fans… there people. The from the babies to the grandmas everyone enjoyed the great music and food. The Cookout was a unique experience. Part industry event part family reunion.”The people need this totake a break from the everyday struggle,” says Sneak as to why he does the event. One of the first artist to show up, Gunplay of Triple Cs felt good about the event that put him so close to the people that support his music,”This is when I feel most at ease, when i’m around real people.”

Even though it wasn’t  an official part of the event someone must have said there was a car show because the parking area looked like a Cash Money video. There were Bentleys, Lambos, Phaontoms and of course Dunks sitting “UFO” style. recording artist Bizzle would no be left out showing off his new BMW. Just lookig around you you would have thought you were in a music video. Turns out that you wouldn’t be far from reality because newly signed POE BOY/KONVICT MUSIC artist Billy Blue took the opportunity to shoot a viral video for his hit street record “When U Hood U Good”. “It was the perfect way to shoot the hood in a possitive way. No drama no bullshit. Just people havin a good time,” says Blue about why he chose the event to be the location for the video.The video was actually shot by non-other than world famous music video director R.Malcolm Jones. “Blue chose a great location and everybody here really knew him from being in the city so the love they had for him was perfect and looked great on camera,” says R.Malcolm of the shoot.

Even though everything seemed like it was going perfectly well, peacefull and not an incident in sight the “Man” wasn’t havin’ it. Almost as soon as Billy Blue finished shooting 30 police cars showed up and began disbursting the crowd and when we weren’t moving fast enough they sprayed a little pepper airfreshner in the air to help us move along. One high end Benz driver was so eager to leave that he decided to go through the sand. Not a good idea…
