The Miami Movement continues as both DJ Khaled and Rick Ross have shot videos for their next singles. Within the last two weeks, two videos were shot in Miami. DJ Khaled shot the Gil Green directed video for ‘Born & Raised’ which features Trick Daddy, Pitbull and Rick Ross. Many of Miami’s locals came out to show love at the video including Brisco, Triple C, Uncle Luke, Udonis Haslem of the 2006 NBA Champions Miami Heat, Piccalo, K. Foxx, Dela, Hennessi and SouthSide Bombers, Cubo, Baby aka Birdman and many others.This past Monday, Rick Ross shot his Benny Boom directed video for his second single ‘Push It’ which samples ‘Push It to The Limit’ from the movie Scarface. The theme of the video was taken directly from Scarface.
Be sure to be on the lookout for Kanye West’s ‘Grammy Family’ from the DJ Khaled album to be hitting TV soon. The video was shot a few weeks ago while in Los Angles for the BET Awards.
