The Opa Locka Goon Graces the Stage at Cameo

South Beach, FL. – Cameo is definitely the place to be on a Sunday night as they’ve always been known to be the hotspot on a night before the start of the week. Last night (January 18), on the eve of Martin Luther King Day, Poe Boy artist Brisco alongside several of his label mates rocked the house on their own as he headlined the packed event.

Fans lined up outside as late as 1am waiting to get into the club. Poe Boy artists arrived about 2am and made their way upstairs towards the VIP section. DJ Nasty, DJ Epps, and DJ Teflon were at the helm holding down the music, keeping the crowd hype as they awaited the performance of the Opa Locka Goon. At around 3am, directly from the third floor of the Cameo building, Brisco made his presence felt performing mega hits for a crowd full of his fans. Tracks from ‘Bitch I’m Me’ to ‘Just Know Dat’ and ‘Fresh Out’ were just some he performed in his session before introducing his label brethren Billy Blue. The crowd went wild as they performed their duet hit song ‘Get Like Me.’ On deck with Bris was Mr. International himself Flo Rida, as he provided a special guest appearance for his acclaimed twin. Towards the end of his set, the little cousin of Brisco, the young Brianna, touched the mic to provide the crowd with her own exclusive freestyle. She delivered the verse off the top of the dome like a pro, it was quite interesting. Poe Boy’s young R&B sensation, David Lyn, the two time 106 & Park winner, was also in the building representing alongside Bris, Blue, and Flo, Poe Boy’s finest.

All in the all, from the size of the crowd and their huge reaction it’s evident they enjoyed the show. Brisco provided a filled performance that the fans will be talking about for a while. You know how Poe Boy do!

Next Sunday (January 25), Poe Boy will be back in the building once again, however this time around Billy Blue will grace the stage headlining the event. Listen for his new track, ‘Face So Good.’
