Legendary hip hop band The Roots have been known mainly for their energetic and often improvised stage shows. They are currently overseas in Europe opening up for Kanye West on his tour. Yesterday while on the way to give one of their amazing shows to a sold out crowd in Belgium they were involved in an auto accident involving their bus and another passenger vehicle.  Word is the bus and the car crashed head on, causing both of them to go off the road and somehow leaving the bus leaning on the car.

All seven members of The Roots were taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries before being released, including their best known member, drummer Questlove.  The best part of the story is that all the members were sleeping when the accident happened so nobody even saw a thing except the driver.  The Roots reportedly are continuing on their tour with a new bus and hopefully a new driver.
