With fire in his eyes and presumably hatred in his heart (for Biggie, Bad Boy and its affiliates), Pac’s short set captures the essence of the man we knew. One minute he’s expressing loathing and sounds close to being homicidal on “Hit ‘Em Up” and on a new record he was debuting at the show, “Troublesome.” The next minute, he’s thought-provoking and endearing, such as on another track he gave fans a first taste of, “Never Call You Bitch Again.”
