Miami, FL – Local Miami rap artist, Brisco, has officially turned himself
into authorities today (July 11th) at approximately 2:30
p.m. to
face assault charges
stemming from an alleged fight that occurred last month with an 18-year old man.

Police have apparently released more details regarding the altercation
that left one man seriously injured and Brisco being charged as the alleged
suspect.

According to the Miami Herald, the Miami emcee sent the victim, named Giovanni
Nagy, a text message saying that he planned to assault him, for reasons yet unknown
at this time.

The Miami Herald states that when Brisco arrived to Nagy’s condo in North
Miami, the victim’s mother proceeded to come outside to calm the rapper down.
Upon Nagy coming out to defend his mother, the 18-year-old was then assaulted
and beaten unconscious by Brisco.

It has become apparent that Nagy’s mother took pictures of Brisco committing
the assault with her phone and might be using it as evidence against the emcee.

Brisco, born British Alexander Mitchell, is being held at the Miami-Dade County
jail after his surrender this afternoon.

At press time, Brisco faces one count of aggravated battery and is awaiting
trial.
