The brother of the R&B singer Usher, was arrested at his home when police were called following reports of a disturbance. When they arrived at the house, the police found that there was enough evidence to arrest and charge James Lackey with domestic violence, cruelty to children and reckless conduct.

Sources claim that James had beaten up his girlfriend and also put hands on their baby. Now, it has emerged that he was released on bail of $5,500 after spending two days in jail.

There has been no comment from James or any other member of his family in relation to the situation.
