Kanye West was videoed, photographed etc. attacking a photographer in the LAX airport. Yeezy will face criminal battery and attempted grand theft misdemeanors for the July 19th confrontation.

According to the photographer, Daniel Ramos’  attorney, Gloria Allred, Kanye caused her client to suffer serious injuries. Ramos was taken to the hospital after the incident occurred. Ramos is also suing West for the attack.

If convicted on both counts, Kanye could be sentenced up to 1 year in jail. West is to be arraigned on October 10th.
