Cash Money founders and co-CEOs Ronald “Slim” Williams and Bryan “Baby” Williams appeared in court earlier this week in connection with a violent sexual assault that took place at a studio bathroom.

Accuser Nicole Westmoreland says that the label is responsible for the events that transpired last year. The College Park, Georgia woman says that she was invited to a studio for a meeting, but was sexually assaulted by Cash Money associate Alfred Cleveland, who is already serving time for the attack.

The Hip Hop moguls allegedly offered her $100,000 to remain silent on the incident, but she refused, claiming that they then threatened to kill her if she didn’t comply.

Westmoreland says that she has had to seek treatment at a mental hospital after experiencing suicidal thoughts. She is seeking unspecified damages.
