Young Dro was sentenced jail time for apparently hitting his girlfriend and throwing banana pudding in her face this past summer.

According to reports Dro has pleaded guilty to one count of battery/family violence last week. He was found guilty and sentenced to a year behind bars but was only ordered to serve 70 days. Young Dro already has credit for 20 days served so they will deduct that from his sentence. A Fulton County Court official stated he could possibly get an extra day of credit for each day served if he has good behavior. The rappers earliest release date could be October 5th.

Dro will have to be on probation for the rest of his remaining 12-month sentence meaning even though he gets released from jail the case will still be open until the year has passed.

As part of his plea deal Dro will have to do some domestic violence counseling and submit to random drug tests and forfeit all weapons also do a drug/alcohol evaluation within 30 days of his release.
