Lil Boosie finally released
It is official Lil Boosie was released Wednesday, March 5 at 7:00 pm last night. The 31 year old was released just in time for a press conference that takes place on March 10th. According to Atlantic Records' Ashley Kalmanowtiz explained to Nola.com that he will "absolutely" be attending the event, where the Baton Rouge native will speak for the first time since he was sentenced to five year for a series of charges his most recent charge was in 2011, when he pleaded guilty for attempting to smuggle drug in prison.
No comments were made about the rapper's deal with Atlantic Record, stating the rapper will discuss that at the upcoming press conference.
For those of you who doesn't know, Lil Boosie who's real name is Torrence Hatch has been serving prison time on drug charges in 2009. Also in 2012 the rapper went on trial for murder but was found not guilty.
