Ray Jay was arrested Friday for a disturbance in a Beverly Hill Hotel Bar. The hotel asked Ray J to leave after the ruckus was made but he refused to leave the premises.

Cops were called and the statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department says officers were summoned to the hotel Friday evening to investigate a report that the 33-year-old singer had inappropriately touched a woman at the bar.

Ray J was then put into handcuffs and placed in the back of police car after spitting in the cop face, and allegedly kicking out the window. Ray J is charged with trespassing, vandalisim & resisting arrest
