Soulja Boy, whose real name is Deandre Cortez Way, was a passenger of a vehicle this morning approximately 4am that was pulled over for running a stop sign in LA.

After the vehicle was halted by the officer for traffic stop a loaded gun was found on Soulja Boy and he was immediately arrested.

 

 

                                          

 

TMZ reported that Soulja Boy is still in custody and bail is set at 35K. Soulja Boy is facing a felony charge for possession of this concealed weapon. The rapper known for the #1 hit single "Crank That” (Soulja Boy) has been dealt better days.

Soulja Boy was also arrested during a 2011 traffic stop in Georgia after police found marijuana, cash and guns in the Cadillac Escalade he was riding in, the Los Angeles Times previously reported. He and four other men were booked on felony charges, including marijuana possession and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

 

 

This story is still developing since the 23 year old rapper is still in custody, we will know more once he is released.
