Bentley will be using the Los Angeles Auto Show to debut the new Azure T convertible. Like the Arnage T, the new Azure T features a 6.75-liter V8 engine which produces 500 bhp and 1000 Nm (738lb ft) of torque. This will allow the massive convertible to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 179 mph. The exterior features massive 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, a retractable Flying B’ bonnet mascot, dark tint matrix inserts on the upper and lower grilles, lower air vents, dual exhaust and a choice of 42 exterior paint colors. As one would expect from a Bentley the interior gets luxurious touches such as diamond quilted seats and door trim, drilled alloy brake and accelerator pedals, an aluminum finish fascia, iPod and USB connectivity, and a choice of eight different wood veneers and 25 leather hides. To give the new Azure T a slightly sportier driving experience, Bentley replaced the Azure’s tires with new 255/40 ZR20 Pirelli P Zero rubber for improved handling and road holding. Potential owners can opt to have their Azure T equipped with an upgraded braking system which features 420 x 40 mm front and 356 x 28 mm rear carbon/silicon carbide cross-drilled ventilated discs, the largest ever fitted to a production car.
