Concrete Loop celebrated it’s 5th Year Anniversary with a huge bash at Hiro Ballroom in New York City. This event brought out some of the industries most fashionable and of course, Some were Fab and others not so much?! The winner for “Best  Dressed” at the event ,Thursday night has to be, Keri Hilson! Lately she hasn’t been doing anything for  me as far as fashion goes?!!  But….I must give credit when its due,and she rocked her Print,Lace and Leather combo that night! Hope she keeps it up!
