The new line, designed by creative director Frida Giannini, resembles styles from the adult collections, including the double-G monogram, horse bit detailing, Flora print, and green-red-green stripe. Now they will be available  in children’s sizes (2 to 8 years old) and infants (0 to 24 months).

Looks for girls include rainboots in Gucci’s signature print, leggings, a suede trench, sunglasses, logoed belt buckles, a tee featuring Gucci’s bamboo-handled purse, and teddy bear charm necklaces.

Equally chic, the boys’ collection includes a distressed leather bomber jacket, baggy shorts, a teddy bear-dotted tie, and jeans, a T-shirt, and belt in the classic Gucci stripe. They even have these exclusive Vans- style slip on sneaker in the brand’s monogram logo.

The above high-end Italian-made goods will hit stores and www.gucci.com in November.

The collection for babies, arriving in Spring 2011, features classic rompers, vests, tees, and onesies in classic blue and pink hues (with dark blue and the iconic Gucci green and red ). The pieces will be produced with soft and stretchy jersey and super luxe cashmere.
