In honor of Women’s History Month, PHINC, a network for professional women hosted the Glitz & GirlPower Awards Dinner this past weekend at the chic and elegant Briza On The Bay in Miami, FL! This black-tie event was hosted by NFL All Pro Player Bryant McKinnie and popular South Florida artist Kai Dot. The decor was glitzy and girl power could be seen throughout the room.

Honorees for this evening include:
