OutKast's Facebook page confirmed that the once estranged Atlanta duo will again return to the stage with a full festival run of over 40 dates to celebrate 20 years since "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik".  The group ( Andre "Andre 3000" Benjamin and Antwan "Big Boi" Patton) debut album helped put southern rap on the map back in 1994.

After a six-year hiatus Andre 3000 and Big Boi are planning on playing at The California's Coachella festival and Governers Ball in 2014, with more dates pending.

According to Billboard.com

Outkast's 2003 double album, "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below," spawned two No. 1 singles ("Hey Ya!" and "The Way You Move") on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and earned the Grammy award for album of the year in 2004. After Outkast released the film "Idlewild" and its accompanying soundtrack in 2006, Big Boi and Andre 3000 parted ways to focus on solo endeavors. Big Boi has since released two albums, 2010's "Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty" and 2012's "Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors," while Andre has turned in guest verses for songs by artists like Drake, B.o.B and Ke$ha. He will also star in the soon-to-be-released Jimi Hendrix biopic "All Is by My Side."

In a Press Release from Andre3000 and Big Boi:

It’s truly an honor to celebrate 20 years and still be free to do music the way we choose. Don’t just think outside the box, know that there is no box. I’m looking forward to rocking the stage with my Bro Ski and to all the fans – stank you smelly much, this is for y’all!- Big Boi

And imagine, all we wanted to do was rap! I am thankful to have been a part of a group that allowed me to explore anything that came to mind and have fun doing it. Returning to the stage together is the most exciting way for us to thank everyone for their 20 years of supporting Outkast- André 3000.

No exact dates as of yet, but HipHop is anxiously waiting for OUTKAST.
